Before you begin

• Make sure that you have the third-party app installed, and that you have iOS 14.
• Make sure that the web browser app or email app supports this feature. If you aren't sure, contact the app developer.

How to change your default web browser

1. Go to Settings and scroll until you find the third-party app.
2. Tap the app, then tap Default Browser App.
3. Select a web browser to set it as the default. A checkmark should appear next to the browser to confirm it's the default.

To remove the web browser app as the default, repeat steps 1-3. When you remove a web browser app, your iPhone will automatically set another web browser app as your default. For example, if you remove a third-party web browser app, your iPhone will set Safari as the default until you change it.

If you don't see the option to set a third-party web browser as your default, the developer might not support it. Contact the app developer to learn more.

How to change your default email app

1. Go to Settings and scroll until you find the third-party app.
2. Tap the app, then tap Default Mail App.
3. Select an email app to set it as the default. A checkmark should appear next to the email app to confirm it's the default.

If you want iOS Mail as your default email app, but you previously deleted it, you need to restore it. Go to the App Store and search for Mail. Then tap the Restore button . Wait for the app to restore, then open it from your Home Screen. Follow the steps above to set iOS Mail as your default email app.

If you don't see the option to set a third-party email app as the default, the developer might not support it. Contact the app developer to learn more.

How to request a refund

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. If you see the 'Report' or 'Report a Problem' button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.

If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information.
